Beta Program Terms

1. Beta Participation
SpectrAble is currently operating as a limited beta program intended for evaluation, testing, and feedback collection.
Features may change, malfunction, or be discontinued without notice.
2. No PHI Policy
Participants must not upload:
- Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Medical records
- Insurance information
- Sensitive patient data
The platform is not HIPAA compliant at this stage.
3. Feedback
Users may voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, and testing insights. SpectrAble Inc. may use this feedback to improve the platform without compensation obligations.
4. Confidentiality
Users agree not to publicly share screenshots, workflows, platform recordings, or unreleased features without written permission from SpectrAble Inc.
