By accessing or using SpectrAble, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Beta Platform
SpectrAble is currently offered as a beta-stage platform for evaluation, workflow support, and product testing purposes only.
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
2. No Medical Advice
SpectrAble does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making services.
Any information, suggestions, summaries, or outputs generated by the platform are for informational and workflow support purposes only and should not replace professional clinical judgment.
3. HIPAA & PHI Restrictions
SpectrAble is not currently HIPAA compliant.
Users agree not to upload, store, transmit, or share:
- Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Medical records
- Insurance information
- Diagnostic reports
- Personally identifiable patient data
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the platform lawfully
- Avoid uploading prohibited or sensitive healthcare data
- Maintain account confidentiality
- Provide accurate information
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, workflows, AI orchestration systems, designs, prompts, and related intellectual property belong exclusively to SpectrAble Inc.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpectrAble Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Clinical outcomes
- Medical decisions
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Reliance on generated outputs
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
